Metallurgical Combustion Equipment
Used for on-line (off-line) baking of steel (iron) ladles and continuous casting tundishes, including drying of new ladles, fast or slow baking of turnover ladles, fast baking of online ladles (tundishes), used in tundish drying stations, intermediate station preheating stations, etc.
Industrial flare emission system is a special combustion equipment used to treat combustible and toxic gases and steam that cannot be collected and reprocessed in petrochemical plants, refineries and other chemical plants, steel mills and other facilities.
The ground flare system mainly consists of a control valve, a ground flare (consisting of a burner group, a radiation-proof heat shield and a protective wall), and a ground flare automatic ignition system.
The ignition furnace consists of three parts: a mechanical structure, a combustion system, and a control system. It is primarily used for sintering ignition in steel (iron) plants. It is suitable for a variety of gaseous and liquid fuels, such as blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, producer gas, mixed gas, and heavy oil. Fuel parameters can be specified by the user based on their fuel supply conditions, and different combustion devices can be designed to ensure baking performance.
