Fuel: This product is compatible with a variety of gaseous and liquid fuels, including blast furnace gas, converter gas, producer gas, mixed gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, heavy oil, and diesel. Fuel parameters can be specified by the user based on their fuel supply situation, and different combustion devices can be designed to ensure optimal baking performance. 1. Blast furnace gas: Calorific value 2900-3500 kJ/Nm³, design pressure ≥ 2 kPa
2. Converter gas: Calorific value 6300 kJ/Nm³, design pressure ≥ 2 kPa
3. Coke oven gas: Calorific value 16700 kJ/Nm³, design pressure ≥ 1 kPa
4. Producer gas: Calorific value 5400 kJ/Nm³, design pressure ≥ 1 kPa
5. Mixed gas: Calorific value 8300-13000 kJ/Nm³, design pressure ≥ 1 kPa
6. Liquefied petroleum gas: Calorific value 42000 kJ/Nm³, design pressure ≥ 1.0-1.5 kPa
7. Diesel fuel: Calorific value 37800 kJ/kg, design pressure ≥ 1.0-1.5 kPa
8. Heavy fuel oil: Calorific value 33500-37800 kJ/kg, design pressure ≥ 1.5-2.0 kPa

Offline steel (iron) ladle heating:

New ladle drying and turnover ladle baking are performed quickly or slowly. When using blast furnace gas, the heating temperature is above 1100°C, the maximum heating rate is 40°C/min, and the maximum temperature difference within the ladle (or tundish) is 50°C. Cold ladle baking is performed offline for 2.5 hours, with the ladle lining temperature reaching above 1000°C.

Online Ladle Baking:

The online ladle (tundish) is rapidly baked using blast furnace gas, heating to above 1100°C at a rate of ≥40°C/min, with a maximum temperature gradient of 50°C within the ladle (tundish). The online ladle (tundish) baking process takes 20-30 minutes, with the ladle lining reaching a temperature of 1100°C.

Offline Tundish Drying:

The tundish drying station is primarily used for new construction, cold repairs, drying, and turnover. Online (rapid) drying is performed at room temperature (-1100°C) for 1-1.5 hours; offline drying (drying) is performed at room temperature (-800°C) for 24-32 hours.

Online Tundish Heating:

The tundish preheating station is a specialized device for rapidly heating molten steel containers. It is primarily used for preheating continuous casting tundishes, which require rapid online heating. When using blast furnace gas, online heating can be performed at temperatures above 1100°C for 60 minutes, with a heating rate of ≥40°C/min.
