




The draft-free burner series is divided into two types, draft-free and draft-free/draft-capable, based on their air distribution configuration. This series of burners utilizes a novel design concept, combining traditional combustion processes—single internal-mix and external-mix combustion—to create a novel internal-external-mix, draft-free gas burner. The draft-free/draft-capable burner further combines draft-free and draft-capable combustion technologies.
Currently, over 500 draft-free burners have been deployed in oilfields such as Jidong, Daqing, Liaohe, Dagang, Shengli, Zhongyuan, Henan, and Changsheng. Their stable performance and ease of use have generated significant economic benefits for the oilfields.
Performance characteristics:
1. This series of burners implements draft-free combustion technology for large negative pressure gas boilers, heating furnaces, and industrial kilns. It enables draft-free combustion in single burners for negative pressure gas boilers with outputs under 20 t/h (14 MW or 1200 x 10⁴ kcal/h).
2. Stable combustion is achieved within a range of 30% to 110% of the design output, meeting load requirements.
3. Local control enables electrical self-regulation, making it easy to use and suitable for field operations.
4. These draft-free and draft-enabled burners can operate with or without draft, extending their application range.
5. Both draft-free and draft-enabled burners utilize a forced purge prior to ignition to ensure proper ignition. Once ignition is established and the main flame is established, the blower automatically stops, utilizing the gas pressure and negative pressure in the furnace to automatically match the gas and air, achieving energy savings during combustion.
6. Flameout protection, automatic ignition control, automatic regulation, and interlocking control systems can be configured to meet user requirements, ensuring stable performance.
7. In addition to natural gas, this series of burners can also be used for semi-water gas, coke oven gas, and gas, with a design pressure of 20~50KPa.
