System introduction:

The coal pyrolysis and upgrading rotary kiln heating system is a highly efficient thermal treatment device. It indirectly heats the coal through the slow rotation of the rotary kiln and the high-temperature flue gas in the heating chamber, cracking the organic and inorganic matter in the coal in an oxygen-free environment, producing high-value pyrolysis gas and solid residue. This system offers advantages such as high thermal efficiency, large processing capacity, and uniform heating. It is widely used in coal upgrading and sludge treatment, and is an important means of achieving efficient utilization of coal resources.

System composition:

The coal pyrolysis and upgrading rotary kiln heating system mainly consists of the rotary kiln body, heating chamber, feeding system, discharging system, pyrolysis gas collection and treatment system, and waste heat recovery system.

Process:

Coal is fed from the silo through a feed system into the rotary kiln, where it undergoes pyrolysis under the action of high-temperature flue gas provided by the heating chamber. During the pyrolysis process, organic and inorganic matter in the coal undergo cracking, producing pyrolysis gas and solid residue. The pyrolysis gas flows through a collection system and enters a condenser for condensation, separating condensable components (such as oil and water) from non-condensable gases. The solid residue is discharged through a discharge system and may be cooled before further use or disposal. The flue gas from the heating chamber is recovered through a waste heat recovery system before being purified and discharged to meet emission standards.

System features:

1. Efficient Pyrolysis: This system utilizes indirect heating, utilizing high-temperature flue gas to uniformly heat the coal, achieving efficient pyrolysis and improving coal utilization and added value.
2. Continuous Processing: The rotary kiln's continuous feeding and discharging design enables the system to continuously process coal, making it suitable for large-scale production.
3. Wide Adaptability: This system has relatively low requirements for coal properties such as particle size and moisture content, and can process a wide range of coal types, demonstrating its wide adaptability.
4. High Thermal Efficiency: Through measures such as a waste heat recovery system, the system fully utilizes energy, reduces heat loss, and improves thermal efficiency.
5. Product Diversification: The pyrolysis gas and solid residue produced during the pyrolysis process have multiple uses, such as chemical raw materials and fuel, and the solid residue can be used in building materials, increasing product diversity.
6. Environmental Protection and Energy Saving: The system rigorously treats exhaust gases to ensure compliance with emission standards, reducing environmental pollution. Furthermore, measures such as waste heat recovery also embody the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection.

7. Strong Controllability: By adjusting parameters such as the rotary kiln's speed, inclination, and heating chamber temperature, the pyrolysis process can be precisely controlled, enabling customized product production.
8. Easy Maintenance: The rotary kiln's relatively simple structure makes it easy to maintain and service, reducing operating costs.

Case introduction:

The hot air circulation system supporting the coal distillation project is being developed at the project site

The entire system utilizes dual hot air furnaces to heat the tube bundle within the distillation furnace and the outer jacket of the furnace, respectively. The hot air furnaces utilize a dual-fuel design, fueled by natural gas and distillation gas, and recycle the exhaust gas from the distillation furnace. A heat exchanger is installed at the exhaust to recover waste heat, maximizing waste heat utilization and achieving energy savings.
