Description:

Key Features:

1. The horizontal intensive mixer consists of a housing, a drum, a mixing mechanism, and a power transmission mechanism.
2. The housing and drum feature a layered design. The outer drum is rolled from steel plate, and the interior is lined with a wear-resistant layer, bolted to the drum. The wear-resistant layer is made of wear-resistant steel and installed in sections. If the lining becomes thin after prolonged use, the wear-resistant layer can be replaced and continued use can extend the equipment's service life.
3. The drum is equipped with an observation window and a cleaning access port for convenient observation of mixing conditions and for cleaning in the event of a malfunction. The observation window and access port are gasketed and secured with a lock to prevent leakage. The discharge port is equipped with a manual gate, which can be adjusted to adjust the material residence time and achieve uniform mixing.
4. The agitator shaft is made of high-strength seamless rear wall tubing with sealing assemblies at both ends. An independent bearing housing is installed outside the drum for reliable sealing, preventing dust from entering the bearings. 5. The agitator paddle is made of cast steel, a one-piece casting. Wear-resistant material is welded on the outer edges of the tines to enhance end hardness and wear resistance, extending the tines' service life. The tines are bolted to the main shaft, and a positioning block is welded to the main shaft to ensure accurate tine positioning and facilitate replacement.
6. The agitator paddle consists of a coulter-shaped main body and a central flying blade structure. The coulters, evenly distributed within the cylinder, not only disperse the material axially during high-speed operation but also drive the material in a circular motion along the cylindrical body. The central flying blades assist in mixing and disaggregate agglomerated materials.
7. The mixer is powered by a variable frequency motor coupled to a hardened helical gear reducer. The reducer outlet is connected to the main shaft via a gear coupling. This compact power transmission system delivers high torque transmission.
