The dual-fuel burner is an energy-saving burner developed to meet the needs of users who require partial oil as a supplement for insufficient fuel gas supply, or who require intermittent or mixed combustion of fuel oil and gas. This burner consists of a central oil nozzle and multiple internal mixing tubes, allowing it to burn fuel oil, gas, or a combination of fuel oil and gas.
Performance characteristics:
1. The basic structure of this product consists of multiple internal mixing pipes and an oil nozzle located in the center of the combustion chamber. The internal mixing pipes not only mix the gas fuel when burning gas, but also supply primary gas when burning oil. This simplifies the burner into a single oil burner, requiring only the gas source to be introduced when gas is needed.
2. The automatic control system can be designed to meet user needs with various control methods, including staged fire, proportional damper adjustment, proportional frequency control, touch screen digital control, and proportional frequency control using an industrial computer.
3. Fuel types include residual oil, heavy oil, light oil, and crude oil; gas includes natural gas, coal gas, and other combustible gases.
4. Functions such as flameout protection, programmed ignition, leak detection, over-temperature protection, and over-pressure protection can be configured according to user needs. In addition to automatic control, manual operation is also possible.
5. The fuel and gas supply ratio can be adjusted at any desired level.
