
The hot air system consists of a hot air furnace, combustion device, air preheater, air fan, gas pipeline, ignition gas pipeline, combustion air duct, air inlet duct, return air duct, smoke exhaust duct, valves, expansion joints and other equipment and structural components, as well as electrical and control systems.
How it works:
In the combustion furnace, the gas is supplied with an appropriate amount of preheated air through the air blower and burned. After the gas is burned in the hot blast furnace, it is mixed with the return air sent by the high-temperature fan in the volute mixing box at the tail of the hot blast furnace. The resulting hot air enters the hot air inlet of the retorting furnace through the air inlet under the combined action of the positive pressure of the high-temperature air duct and the negative pressure at the tail of the furnace. After indirect heat exchange between the furnace wall and the material in the furnace, it enters the air intake of the high-temperature fan through the return air duct and participates in recirculation. A flue gas duct is set between the high-temperature fan outlet and the hot blast furnace mixing box to lead the system's exhaust smoke to the outside. After recovering some of the waste heat through the air preheater, it is discharged into the chimney.
