It is used in oil sludge treatment, soil remediation, hazardous waste treatment and other industries as a heat source to indirectly heat the treated materials.
As shown in the figure below, the oil sludge enters into the rotary kiln, and the high-temperature flue gas generated by the hot air furnace indirectly heats the oil sludge in the outer layer of the rotary kiln. The oil sludge is heated and decomposed into clean soil and high-temperature oil and gas. The hot air furnace system has the following advantages:
