Description
Heat the waste oil residue that is difficult to be treated to 350-380 ℃ to isolate oxygen, so as to vaporize the oil. The oil after gasification is condensed and purified into high-quality raw oil. The non condensable gas will be returned to the heating unit for combustion, making full use of energy. The oil that cannot be gasified is dried into Acarbon residue for other industries.
The production line consists of heating unit, rotary reactor unit and condensation unit. The harmless treatment and resource utilization of waste gas and oil quality are realized.
This production line is suitable for pyrolysis of oil sludge. To achieve the purpose of soil restoration and oil recovery.
