Safety regulations for the operation of gas burners

March 23,2023

The main fuels for gas burners can be divided into natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, city gas, and other combustible gases. These are flammable and explosive hazardous gases, and high attention should be paid to safety during use and storage, otherwise major safety accidents may occur.

To ensure the safety of commissioning operations, the operating standards for gas burners are hereby formulated:

I) Field pipeline inspection
1. Check whether the gas is in place, whether the gas pipeline is clean and unobstructed, and whether the valve has been opened.
2. Whether there is pipeline leakage and whether the pipeline installation is reasonable.
3. Vent and vent from the pipeline in front of the gas valve to ensure that there is no mixed air in the pipeline, and the vent pipe should be connected outdoors.

II) Internal inspection of gas burner
1. Whether the combustion head of the burner is properly installed and adjusted.
2. Whether the motor rotates in the correct direction.
3. Whether the external circuit connection meets the requirements.
Conduct a cold simulation of the burner based on the line conditions, and observe whether all components of the equipment in operation are normal and whether the flame detection and protection parts are normal.

III)Commissioning of gas burners
1. Check whether the external gas is in place, whether the pipeline is smooth, and whether the external power supply is controlled in place.
Adjust the load of the combustion engine to a small load, and adjust the ignition position to a small load accordingly. Turn off the large load for ignition and observe the flame condition. Adjust the servo motor or damper according to the flame condition.

Each set of gas burners produced by Tangshan Jinsha Combustion Heat Energy Co.,Ltd. undergo strict quality inspection before leaving the factory, and undergo cold simulation debugging to ensure that each set of burners can be delivered to the customer's site in a timely and efficient manner to connect with the customer's equipment, ensuring a successful primary ignition.
