What is Rotary kiln drying system?
The rotary kiln drying system is an industrial drying solution widely used in the mining, chemical, building materials and other industries for processing and drying a variety of solid materials. The core of the system is the rotary kiln, a cylindrical device with an inclined angle, which rotates to evenly move the material in a high temperature environment to achieve efficient heat exchange. The material is directly or indirectly heated in the rotary kiln to complete the drying, calcination or other thermal treatment process. The material may then enter a subsequent dryer to further reduce the moisture content of the material using the hot exhaust gas emitted by the rotary kiln.
