What is Ladle heater?
Ladle heater, also known as ladle roaster or ladle baking device, is one of the indispensable thermal equipment in the steel production process. It is mainly used to heat and dry the ladle (container for holding and transporting molten steel) after it is newly built or before it is filled with molten steel to avoid the generation of explosive steam when the molten steel contacts the wet ladle wall, ensuring the quality of the molten steel and production safety.
