1. Heating and heat preservation of molten steel

3. Vacuum degassing

After the metal cover is lifted into the vacuum tank, the steam jet pump is used for vacuum degassing, and argon is blown to the bottom of the metal cover to stir the liquid steel, which can remove the hydrogen and nitrogen content in the liquid steel, further reduce the oxygen content and sulfur content, and finally obtain liquid steel with high purity and excellent performance.
